Advanced 49 VIP pre-show lounges with backstage tour & stage photo along with museum elements, light snacks, full bar, DJ , professional backdrop photo, and games. Implemented all VIP activation elements, including VIP Merchandise tracking and storage. Artist owned Voli Vodka promotion and distribution for all lounges (where applicable) crowd-free merchandise shopping, dedicated entrances, local staffing, lounge load- in/out logistics and complete financial settlement of all elements of each VIP activation.
